A: It is based on the quantity your order. But normally, our production time is 7-15 working days.
Q3.Which port do you export?
A: Ningbo port is recommended strongly as it is closest to us, but other port such as Shanghai is also available.
Q4.What's your payment term ?
A: Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we could discuss.
Q5.What’s the warranty for the outdoor playground?
A: Usually we would note the warranty for 1year. While the life expectancy could be longer time under good maintenance.
